Finning Properties was established in 1982 and was built from the ground up, by founder, James Finning. From its inception, Finning Properties purchased, renovated and managed residential and commercial properties in the Albany, N.Y. area. While retaining its founder's attention to detail and its roots as a family-run company, Finning Properties expanded its operations by partnering with like-minded developers, builders and investors.
