Finning Properties, Inc.
is a real estate investment and development company, whose objective is land acquisition, joint ventures and building the highest quality real estate for itself and other investors.
Finning Properties was established in 1982 and was built from the ground up, by founder, James Finning. From its inception, Finning Properties purchased, renovated and managed residential and commercials properties in the Albany, N.Y. area. While retaining its founder's attention to detail and its roots as a family-run company, Finning Properties expanded its operations by partnering with like-minded developers, builders and investors.
Today, Finning Properties is focusing on the development of apartment communities in the Capital Region of New York, specializing in independent communities for those aged 50 and older, while expanding its base to other residential and commercial real estate activities, as well.
